Common questions
How does a tier work?
Each product has its own prepaid sizes. The monthly price is the included uses times that product’s unit price. NX Stories is Free, 50, 120, or 300 published stories.
What happens after the included uses?
The product keeps working. Each extra use is added to the billing account at that product’s unit price. On Stories, one published story is the use. If the account is still unpaid after 2 days, Stories drops to Free and the GAM banner turns on.
Can one billing account cover several sites?
Yes. You assign a billing account when you create a site. The account total is the sum of every enabled product on every site that points at it.
Where do Claude and Gemini run?
In the NX Suite API. The WordPress plugin sends the article and reads the result. Provider keys stay on the server.
